Conscious Uncoupling
Welcome to Conscious Uncoupling
If you’re going through or coming out the other side of a breakup, you’ll know full well how devastating the experience can be. Breakups can turn our lives upside down and inside out, but the best part is, it can also be an incredible opportunity to evolve beyond your old relationship patterns so you never repeat them again.
Even if you start off with the best intentions when separating, the fact is, as human beings we’re born to bond and when this bond is broken, it can really set us off. It’s from this fight or flight place where even the most developed of us can behave in ways that are out of character and hurtful, leading us to do damage to ourselves and those involved.
The good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way. I want to show you a better way. The book Conscious Uncoupling: 5 Steps to Living Happily Even After™ was written by licensed therapist and New York Times best selling author, Katherine Woodward-Thomas.
The truth is the way you navigate your break-up and the choices you make will impact you and your loved ones for the rest of your lives. Getting this right will create your relationship legacy and don’t forget if you have children, it’s powerful role modelling that will shape who they are forever.
The impact of your separation can either be destructive and leave those involved broken and shut down or it can be kind, generous and supportive and leave those involved whole, secure and flourishing. These are two very different paths and if you’re reading this page, I’m pretty sure which you’d prefer.
The Conscious Uncoupling 6-week program will help you come out of your breakup conscious and complete and not broken and destroyed. I want this for you.
I’ve been there myself and I know the difference a kind, respectful separation can have on everyone involved. Don’t carry the pain and resentment around for years to come, it will only keep you stuck in a place you no longer want to be.
Relationships end for many reasons. Sometimes sadly due to narcissistic, emotional or physical abuse. In these cases, no contact is often the best option moving forward to keep you safe and help support your healing. This doesn’t mean you can’t have a Conscious Uncoupling as it only takes one person. It's about setting you free. The goal is for you to have a peaceful heart and to use your heartbreak for your evolution. It’s important to note that I coach individuals and not couples’. In fact, most people do a Conscious Uncoupling™ alone - sometimes even years after the breakup.
The five Conscious Uncoupling™ steps we’ll work through together are:
Step 1: Find Emotional Freedom: Harness the rage, hatred, fear, and despair, and transform these emotions from destructive impulses to drivers of positive change.
Step 2: Reclaim Your Power and Your Life: Let go of being a victim of love, and shift your perspective to begin taking personal responsibility for your part in what happened, so you never repeat the same dynamic again.
Step 3: Break the Pattern, Heal Your Heart: Identify your particular core beliefs about yourself and your past relationships and begin to understand how these have been the underlying cause of your disappointing patterns in love. You’ll also learn how you can now move on from old painful dynamics that you’ve been struggling with for years.
Step 4: Become a Love Alchemist: Begin to see yourself as capable of generating a positive future for you and everyone impacted by the breakup, no matter how hurtful or hard things have been until now.
Step 5: Create Your Happily-Even-After Life: Start reinventing your life by setting up vital new structures that will allow you and all involved to thrive after this transition.
So, whether you’ve never quite healed from a past breakup or maybe you’re in the middle of a separation. You may have been with your partner for six weeks, six months or sixteen years. Whatever your individual breakup situation, this program is for anyone who wants to heal their heart and step into their power. You’re in charge of your life and you need to take a stand for the future you want to create.
It’s up to you to turn your break-up from the worst thing that’s ever happened into the absolute best.
I’m here to help make that happen.
I can’t wait to meet you.
Let’s make this happen.
“Relationships that don’t end peacefully - do not end at all.”
